Xiamen Kailley’s injection molding workshop specializes in the production of precision plastic parts such as mobile group, shower, waterway, shelf, and so on in 2023. At present, we have 10 sets of precision electric injection molding machines, which will be increased to 27 sets in 2024. 

The manufacturing process is based on robots and servo manipulators. The whole manufacturing process relies on SAP system for data analysis and management; PAC automatic scheduling system to ensure efficient and orderly order tasks; industry-leading professional team, the use of advanced CAD, CAM and CAE technology for the design, analysis and manufacture of complete sets of molds.
